JUDGMENT

Through his petition dated 3^rd April, 2018 the Petitioner, Stanley Magare, alleges violation of his rights and fundamental freedom by the Anti-Counterfeit Agency (the 1^st Respondent), Officer Commanding Station, Central Police Station Nairobi (the 2nd Respondent) and the Inspector General of Police (the 3^rd Respondent).
