The Anti-Counterfeit Authority is committed to providing high quality services by prohibiting counterfeiting through research, awareness, collaborations with relevant stakeholders and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights to achieve the vision of a counterfeit free Kenya.

In pursuit of this commitment, top management shall:

• Implement a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 international standards as well as that of ACA internal business requirements.
• Comply with the Constitution, relevant legal, contractual requirements and other statutory obligations;
• Establish quality objectives at relevant functional levels.
• Review established quality objectives and policies from time to time for adequacy, suitability and continual improvement.

This quality policy shall be made available to all employees of ACA and relevant interested parties, communicated to be understood for responsibility of implementation within the
organization as appropriate.
