Job Specification
Supply Chain Management Officer II is responsible to the Chief Supply Chain Management Officer for:-
- Following-up with suppliers on all pending deliveries;
- Advising on pending orders in the store for replenishment;
- Carrying out procurement of Air tickets and follow-up on the same;
- Opening and carrying out price analysis of requests for quotations;
- Following-up delivery from suppliers;
- Carrying out the direct Purchases of low value items;
- Filing and maintaining procurement documents;
- Preparing Local Purchase Orders / Local Service orders for timely authorization and dispatch to suppliers;
- Compiling and availing supporting documentations for payments;
- Facilitating photocopying and distribution of documents;
- Perform any other duty as may be assigned management .
Person Specifications
Supply Chain Management Officer II will perform a variety of procurement duties of limited scope and complexity under appropriate guidance and supervision of Chief Supply Chain Officer. For appointment to the grade of Supply Chain Management Officer II, the candidate must have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration procurement/ Social Sciences/Purchasing/Commerce/ Economics or related discipline;
- CIPS professional Level II
- at least two (2) years working experience in Supply Chain Management;
