TENDER NAME: PROCUREMENT OF GO DOWN IN MOMBASA

1. The Anti Counterfeit Authority (ACA) invites sealed tender for Procurement of Go Down in Mombasa town.
   
   
2. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National) tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all eligible bidders.
   
   
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs at the address given below.
   
   
4. Tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers electronically from the websites; www.aca.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
   
   
5. The interested parties that choose to download the tender documents under item 4 above are required to IMMEDIATELY EMAIL their names, contact details that include postal address, telephone/mobile phone numbers and emails to: This email address is being protected from spambots. 6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of Kenya Shillings One Million Only (Kshs. 1,000,000.00) from a reputable Financial Institution recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya or an Insurance Firm. The security should be valid for 150 days beyond the Tender Validity period.
   
   
7. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted including all the attachments in the order 1,2,3,4………n where n is the serial number in the last page of the tender.
   
   
8. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.00Am on 11th June 2024. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
   
   
9. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
   
   
10. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked as “ACA/OT/05/2023-2024 – Procurement of Go Down in Mombasa” and be deposited in the Tender Box situated at National Water Plaza, 3rd Floor, Dunga Road, Industrial Area Nairobi or be addressed to: -

    so as to be received on or before 11th June, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Bulky tenders which will not fit in the tender box shall be delivered to the Supply Chain Office situated on 3rd floor National Water Plaza.
    
    
11. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings or any other freely convertible currency and shall remain valid for (150) days from the closing date of the tender.
    
    
12. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 3rd Floor, National Water Plaza on 11TH JUNE, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
    
    
13. Late bids shall be rejected.
